Em atividade desde 1998, Osmar Souza é um dos principais nomes da harmônica em Minas Gerais.
Osmar faz parte da banda Audergang desde 2008 e participou dos álbuns Soul to Shuffle – 2011, Blues for the Blues – 2015 e No Time 4 Little Troubles – 2018, merecendo destaque também os shows de abertura para Johnny Winter, Mark Farner, Glenn Hughes, uma turnê em Portugal e grandes festivais de blues. Já dividiu o palco com renomados músicos do blues como JJ Jackson, Jason Ricci, Lurrie Bell, Jimmy Burns, Willie Buck, Sugar Blue, Lil’ Ed & The Blues Imperials, Lorenzo Thompson, Sugar Blue, Billy Branch, Joe Filisko e Eric Noden, Rick Estrin & Nightcats, Aki Kumar, Wallace Coleman, Quique Gomez, Flávio Guimarães, Jefferson Gonçalves, Robson Fernandes e Sérgio Duarte, dentre muitos outros.
Unindo-se aos experientes músicos Breno Fonseca (guitarra), Lucas Zallio (baixo) e Tulio Bastos (bateria), Osmar dá início ao projeto Osmar e o Blues, reinterpretando os clássicos do blues tradicional de Chicago, com ênfase na harmônica.
